NOSCOPE is an FPS computer club. This page explains what we collect when you book a lane, why we keep it, and how our cookies work. Plain language, no small print.

What we collect

• Booking details you type into the lane form: your name, email address, chosen date, lane type and whether you want a warm-up slot.
• Basic, non-identifying preferences stored on your own device, such as whether you have accepted this site’s cookie notice.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identifiers or any sensitive data through this website. Payment for lanes happens in person at the club.

Why we keep it

• To hold the lane you asked for and to reach you if a booking needs to change.
• To understand which lanes and hours are busy so we can staff the hall and the aim corner sensibly.

Booking records are stored so staff can prepare your station. We keep them only as long as they are useful for running the club and then remove them.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar local storage. One remembers that you accepted this notice so the banner does not return on every visit. Others may help the booking form keep your entries tidy while you fill it in. These are functional, not advertising cookies, and we do not use them to track you across other sites.

You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block them, the booking form still works, but you may see the cookie notice again on your next visit.

Sharing

We do not sell your details or hand them to advertisers. Information is seen only by NOSCOPE staff who run bookings, and by the hosting service that stores this site on our behalf.

Your choices

• Ask us what booking information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete a booking record.
• Decline cookies through your browser without losing access to the club or the form.
